Return Policy

For sanitary reasons I cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings. If your product arrives damaged or breaks within 31 days of your shipping date I will replace them or refund you. 

Bear in mind that because your earrings are completely handmade, there will be variances from the photos portrayed and slight imperfections. Not to worry! This is what makes them unique and loveable. No two earrings are the same.

Apparel can be returned for an in-store credit only, within 14 days of Canada Post saying your item was delivered. I cannot do exchanges as I cannot guarantee the item you want is available. Return shipping costs will be at the customers expense. 

Apparel must be unwashed, unworn, free of makeup or other stains and have tags still attached. If item does not meet this criteria, a refund will not be issued. 

Shipping Policy

All items are processed within 1-6 business days and sent via Canada Post unless otherwise stated.

*Buyers Risk* Untracked Lettermail: Since this option does NOT include a tracking #, I am unable to determine its whereabouts. Coal Camp Collective is not responsible in the event that your order is lost. Lost/stolen orders will NOT be replaced. 

Tracked Shipping: If you suspect your package is lost, please reach out so we can help aid in tracking down your package. If necessary, Canada Post will open an investigation. 

PLEASE NOTE: Verify all your information is correct before submitting your order. Coal Camp Collective is not liable for orders that are undeliverable or delivered to the wrong address because of an error submitted by the purchaser. We will NOT refund or replace the order. If the package is returned to us + you wish for us to resend it, we will issue a reship invoice.
