How does my order ship?
In short, you have options at checkout.
- Canada Post Lettermail (snail mail) - this option does not come with a tracking number
- Canada Post Expedited Parcel - this option comes with a tracking number
- Other couriers (CanPar, Purolator, UPS). This option is only for PHYSICAL addresses (not PO Boxes) and comes with tracking. I will choose the courier that best suits your shipping address
I do NOT replace or refund orders that are lost via Canada Post Lettermail. Please consider upgrading your package to tracked. Order $150+ are upgraded to complimentary tracked shipping.
If you are local, I offer free drop-offs at Back To The Basics (206 Center Street N, Sundre, AB).

How long will it take to get my package?
Because I'm a one woman show who works around a toddlers schedule, it can take up to 6 business days for your package to be mailed + the shipping time. I DO work diligently to get your packages out ASAP though! If you need your order faster, please reach out + I will do my best to accommodate.
Do you offer e-transfer?
I offer e-transfer as an option at checkout. Please note, your payment MUST be received within 10 minutes of placing your order or it will be cancelled without notice. I cannot hold items or track people down for payment - thank you so much for understanding!
What are your earrings made out of exactly?
Polymer clay - which is essentially a malleable plastic until it is baked in an oven. The best part about clay earrings is how lightweight they are! Trust me, you'll forget that you are even wearing them.
As far as hardware goes, I use metals that are nickel + lead free. Sensitive eared girlies, I got you!
Do you do custom orders?
No, I do not offer custom orders at this time.
I'm having trouble getting what I want at your releases - any tips?

How often do you restock your website?
I aim to have monthly releases - I don't restock previous styles that often. So if you see something you like, jump on it!
How do I clean and make sure my earrings will last?
Over time makeup, dust or simply touching your earrings can cause the surface to look dirty. Clean with warm water, mild soap and a soft cloth. Baby wipes work great too!
Avoid sleeping or showering in your earrings. Although the clay is quite malleable and durable you still need to treat them with care. Gold plated findings are great long term but wearing them excessively in water, etc. will wear the plating away so please be mindful of that.
Do you only have your products available online?
No! I'm happy to offer earrings at a variety of shops in Alberta. They can be found on the next page under 'Where to Shop CCC.'
